Bengaluru, June 16 — Shares of Winsol Engineers Limited, a micro-cap company specializing in renewable energy EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services, surged by up to 1.8% on Monday following the announcement of a significant new work order.

With a market capitalization of ₹232.32 crore, the stock hit an intraday high of ₹204.00—up from its previous close of ₹200.35—after the company disclosed it had secured a purchase order worth ₹10.36 crore from Juniper Green Energy Ltd.

Project Details

The order pertains to a wind power project located in Jam Khambaliya, Gujarat. The scope of work includes:

  • Design and engineering

  • Manufacturing, inspection, and testing

  • Packing, dispatch, and transportation

  • Transit insurance

  • Supply of materials for a 33 kV transmission line network and associated infrastructure

The contract is scheduled for completion within six months from the order date, with payments to be made as per mutually agreed terms.

  • Revenue surged 64%, rising from ₹42 crore to ₹69 crore in H2FY24–25

  • Net profit remained stable at ₹5 crore for the period

  • The P/E ratio stands at 19.89, well below the industry average of 34.28, suggesting potential undervaluation

  • Maintains a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.34

The company has also posted exceptional return metrics over the last three years:

  • Return on Equity (ROE): 42.58% (average)

  • Return on Capital Employed (ROCE): 30.33% (average)
